The objective research is to obtain information concerning influence drill test team composition and work environment toward job satisfaction on Indonesian Navy first fleet exercise command. Before reform, performance of employees in License Services Agency/Office in Indonesia is still felt sluggish, convoluted and there is no certainty of cost and how long service duration can be completed. Post-reform people require employee performance be improved, then established Service Agency/Office in an integrated manner by the Government of Indonesia through Presidential Decree No. 27 of 2009. This study purposed to examine the effects of commitment, competence, motivation and work satisfaction on employee performance. The method used is survey with employee population in 7 regencies Province of East Java, Indonesia amounted to 250 respondents. Samples were taken from 154 respondents at random. Data analysis method using Equation Structural Modeling (SEM) with Amos Version 20. The results showed that after implemented one door integrated services had been increased employee performance due to by work motivation partially mediate the effect of work satisfaction on employee performance. Dominant variable in affecting employee motivation is a commitment, subsequently competence and work satisfaction. Dominant variable in affecting employee performance is motivation, afterwards satisfaction, commitment, and competence. THE EFFECT OF CURRICULUM CHANGES, WIDYAISWARA'S COMPETENCES, AND FACILITIES TOWARDS TRAINING PARTICIPANTS' SATISFACTION AND COMMITMENT AND NEW PATTERNS IN LEADERSHIP TRAINING AT BOARD OF TRAINING IN EAST JAVA

The aims of this study are to determine the effect of curriculum changes, widyaiswara?s competences, facilities towards the training participants? commitment and satisfaction at the Board of Training in East Java. The population of this study was all the participants of Education and Leadership Training II - IV in which held by the Board of Training in East Java class 1 year 2014. The numbers of participants were 370. The samples of participants were 192. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling method. Data analysis technique used Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach by using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results show that the changes of the curriculum in the education and leadership training have a significant influence on the training participants? satisfaction. Widyaiswara?s competences have a significant influence on training participants? satisfaction. The facilities of the Leadership Training have a significant influence on training participants? satisfaction. The curriculum changes in leadership training have a significant influence on training participants? commitment. Widyaiswara?s competences have a significant influence on training participants? commitment. The facilities of leadership training have no significant effect on the training participants' commitment. Training participants? satisfaction has a significant influence on the training participants' commitment. This study also shows that new patterns on leadership training according to Heads of State Administration Regulation No. 11, 12 and 13 year 2014 has a positive response from the training participants? commitment in increasing the performance of the institution.

This study aims to analyze and explain 1) Relationship of auditors competences, auditor independence, audit experience, organizational culture, and leadership. 2) the auditors competences, auditor independence, audit experiences, organizational culture, and leadership directly in the professionalism of auditors. 3) the effect of auditors competences, auditor independence, audit experience, organizational culture, and leadership are directly or indirectly on audit quality. 4) Direct effect of professionalism auditor to audit quality. The research method using exploratory method by conducting a survey on General Inspectorate State Ministries and Non-Ministerial Agencies as the Situs. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with sample used in this research were 250 respondents from those in Central Government. Hypothesis testing results show that the variable competence of auditors, auditor independence, audit experience, organizational culture, and leadership, on average, have a strong relationship. The results showed the professionalism of auditors directly and significantly affected by the variable competence of auditors amounted to 23.8%, 13.3% auditor independence, audit experience 25.7%, 17.7% organizational culture, and leadership at 27.4%. Medium quality audit directly and significantly affected by the variable competence of auditors amounted to 25.1%, the independence of auditors of 12%, 20.9% of audit experience, and organizational culture of 14.7%, and the leadership has no direct influence on the quality of the audit, and direct leadership does not have a significant effect on audit quality. The theoretical implications of leadership should be able to affect audits quality indirectly, by first influencing professionalism on will have an impact on audit quality.

The data processing uses SPSS program version 17.00 and PSPP program.
